Randy Talcott has more than 40 years of preconstruction experience. He is a leader in the acquisition process, including management, coordination, and delivery of the pre construction phases of a project, with extensive client contact. Project types include industrial facilities, public and government buildings, health care parking structures, technology centers, hospitality, secure facilities, flood walls, and educational facilities. Mr. Talcott has taught many young estimators the basics of CMAR pre-construction principles.
