Robert Johns has more than 25 years of experience developing planned residential communities. A licensed Florida State Certified General Contractor, he currently qualifies Guardian American Construction Services, LLC, to provide contracting services to various development partnerships throughout the state of Florida. As a Florida State licensed Public Insurance Adjuster, he has negotiated hundreds of property insurance claims and testified under oath numerous times representing his clients. His hands-on experience as an engineer, developer, contractor, insurance adjuster, and business manager developing communities for his own account uniquely qualifies him to evaluate construction and development projects to determine feasibility, costs, and potential profits.
