Currently, we are seeking Experts in Architecture; Mechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Civil Engineering (Storm and Wastewater, Road and Bridge); Structural Engineering and General Contractors.
Role Description
Part-time and full-time staff are needed to evaluate defects and delay claims in design and construction. We work throughout the United States, with staff is located in Florida; Georgia; Alabama; South Carolina; New Jersey; New York; Indiana; Missouri, West Virginia, Colorado, California, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii. There are several strong regional teams you can join, or you can work remotely from your home. Some travel will be necessary.
Qualifications
- Registered Architect in a least one state
- Expertise in your subject matter as demonstrated by professional experience, licensure or certifications, and secondary education
- Minimum of 15 years experience with diverse project types including renovation and new construction
- Familiarity with Owner-Architect; Owner-Engineering/Consultants; Owner-Contractor; Architect-Engineering/Consultants contracts, especially AIA B101-2017 Standard Form of Agreement Between Architect and Owner, and A201-2017 General Conditions of the Contract for Construction
- Able to demonstrate project leadership experience in all phases of design through construction, especially Construction Administration and Specifications writing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Scheduling flexibility and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines
- Provide references upon request.
Pay Structure
Contractors are paid an hourly rate based on their qualifications and the nature of the work required.
